Background

The Central Scotland Institute of Sport is one of the six Area Institutes in Scotland which form an integral part of the Scottish Institute of Sport network.

The Central Scotland Institute of Sport has been set up to offer the most promising young athletes access to essential support services. It aims to provide selected athletes with individually tailored programmes designed to help improve their performances, achieve selection to the Scottish Institute of Sport and ultimately succeed on the world stage.
